These terms govern use of the PropLake website at proplake.net and the PropLake application at app.proplake.net (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. Companies that subscribe to PropLake do so under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts

Access to the application is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the address below if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Your data

Financial and operational data your company connects to PropLake remains your company’s property. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it in order to provide the Service. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law.

Disclaimers

PropLake consolidates and presents data supplied by your accounting systems and other sources. It is a reporting tool, not accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice. The Service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
